Normally I wouldn’t post this information. However, we had so many visitors to the farm Memorial Day weekend while we waited for Clara to kid, I felt I needed to update this for everyone.
|
Clara went into labor on Monday (Memorial Day) I could see right away that something wasn’t quite right. Once I was sure there was a problem, we started calling vets all over the north country. We finally got in touch with Dr. Spooner in Bradford VT. He had to perform a C-Section on Clara. We were not able to save the kid. But we were able to save Clara. Clara will not be bred again. But will live out the rest of her life here at the farm as one of our beloved pets. |
Thank you to all of our customers. If it weren’t for you and your patronage of our gift shop emergency care as well as daily costs would be harder to come by. We are glad that we are able to provide farm tours and our gift shop to you. Sales from the gift shop support all of the animals on our farm, from day to day expenses to emergency vet calls.
Once again, Thank You from all of us at Wonder Fall Farm. |
